GOQii has launched a new Vital 3.0 wrist band, which will allow people to learn their body temperature for a growing amount of cases of coronavirus. The GOQii is also fitted with heart rate sensors, can monitor blood pressure as well as the body temperature of the person, just like every other fitness unit. It is regarded as a crucial instrument that assists people in recognizing COVID-19 as the primary symptom.

The Critical 3.0 unit, which comes with an inbound thermal monitor and sensor for two days, is priced at Rs 3999. The on-demand feature and continuous monitoring functionality are for users who want to check them conveniently. With a + /- 0.3 ° F precision, the temperature range is 77 ° F to 113 ° F.

The company collaborated with the Thryve startup, a German health technology company that uses wearable data to track the spread of COVID-19. “It is with great joy that we work with GOQii to build a preemptive environment of safety and lead the way in the early identification of COVID-19.

Wearable sensors offer invaluable knowledge that can be converted by our sophisticated algorithms into actionable health insights, “said Friedrich Lämmel, Thryve CEO.

“The development of the internet of health, integrating wearables + coaches/doctors + machine learning in a preemptive ecosystem, is leading to improved health outcomes, said Vishal Gondal, Founder, and CEO of GOQII in talking of the GOQii Vital 3.0.

The GOQii Critical 3.0 is currently being discussed with states, hospitals, schools, insurance agencies, banks, ride-sharing, food supply, e-commerce and logistics firms around the world.

The combined use of the GOQii Critical 3.0 Smart band recognition algorithm will enormously aid the separation and avoidance of further dissemination of future COVID-19 patients. We trust that the clinical trial will yield good results for COVID-19 infection forecasting.

GOQii’s main benefit over other fitness groups is that they can support users and even patients without being in touch with anyone to check or monitor their body temperature. You wouldn’t have to go to a hospital to call nurses and physicians to test the temperature and reduce the risk of excessive exposure.

But note, GOQii Critical 3.O is just a scanning tool and not a diagnostic tool. It can only be used on screen. In India, the GOQii fitness band will be launched gradually but will be made immediately available to frontline workers, government, and private companies.

In addition, the company releases its products in the USA, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, the UAE, Singapore, and elsewhere. It will be sold on the GOQii app and will soon be available on Amazon and Flipkart platforms.
