In December, Oppo teased its first-ever smartwatch on Oppo’s Inno day.
The company talked about a lot of topics about its plan for 5G, future technologies like Smart earbuds, AR glasses, and smartwatches.
Within a month of their grand announcement of working on their smartwatch, their company official finally released live images of the Smartwatch.
Brian Shen, Oppo’s vice president shared the first images of their company’s upcoming smartwatch on Weibo, a Chinese social media platform.
The Smartwatch will have a square-shaped screen with curved edges and two side buttons for navigation.
Sadly, the official refrained from answering any questions regarding the name of the Smartwatch or giving out details about key specifications and features.
However, the device has a flexible display with curved edges. The device has metal edges of gold and the strap is cream silicon.
Shen also described the smartwatch as ‘the best looking smartwatch to launch this year’.
The oppo watch resembles a lot to the apple watch. However, one noticeable difference is that instead of a crown-like in Apple’s watch, the oppo watch has two keys with a hole between it.
It could act as a microphone for users to have conversations without needing their smartphone if the watch comes with An e-sim Feature.
Oppo’s smartwatch is also rumored to come with an inbuilt ECG support.
At Inno day, the company also showed a teaser of the smart true wireless earphones which resembles Apple’s AirPods.
These devices ate set to launch soon in Q1 2020.
The company is also soon unveiling its flagship X2 smartphone.
We are still waiting for all the confirmed news, specs and features of this smartwatch excitedly.
With the first teaser out, we are curious to find out more about the product through the upcoming teasers!
