The Xiaomi Spin-off brand has a Full HD+ display and 6 GB of RAM before the launch of the Poco M2 phone on September 8. The Poco India account has twitted its upcoming phone’s top two features “most affordable 6 GB Ram phone”.
The Poco M2 is likely to be a toned-down variant of the Poco M2 Pro launched in India in July and a slightly updated Redmi Note 9 Pro variant. The Poco M2 could arrive as a modified Redmi Note 9 edition.
Poco India began tapping the Poco M2 on Twitter in the lead-up to its launch next week. The brand has revealed via a couple of tweets that the Poco M2 has 6 GB of RAM which can be a ram high-end version.
A full HD+ display for the Poco M2 has been tweeted in a separate tweet, but the exact resolution and the screen size are still in question. The Poco M2 Pro offers a full HD+ screen measuring 6.67 inches (1.080×2.400 pixels) with identical screen specifications.
On September 8 at 12 noon in India, Poco M2 will be presented through a virtual event streaming via social media platforms in Poco India. There are no pricing or availability details as of today. The smartphone is sold via Flipkart sale.
